The Carver Public Library is open 6 days a week:  Monday 10-6, Tuesday 10-8, Wednesday 10-6, Thursday 10-4, Friday 10-4, and Saturday 10-2.

The Library is closed on Monday, January 17, 2022 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr Day.

CHILDRENS’ PROGRAMS

Reading Buddies – Mondays, January 3 to February 14, 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Children grades K-5 are invited to read with a therapy dog for a 20 minute session. Please call to register for your time slot.

Toddler Storytime – Tuesdays, January 4 to February 15 at 10:30 a.m.  – Join volunteer reader and Selectwoman, Sarah Hewins, for stories, songs and activities.

Preschool Storytime – Wednesdays, January 5 to February 16 at 10:30 a.m. – Join us for stories, songs and related activities.

Tie-Dye – Saturday, January 22 at 11:00 a.m. – Ages 6+, must register.

Ice Crowns – Monday, January 24, 10:00 a.m. – Grab-n-Go, while supplies last.

Beanbag Gridiron – Saturday, January 29 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Ages 3+, please register.

Chinese New Year Dragon – Tuesday, February 1 at 6:30 p.m. – Ages 3 and up, drop-in.

Acrylic Paint Pour – Saturday, February 5 at 11 a.m.– Ages 10 and up, must register.

Pajama Storytime – Tuesday, February 8 at 6:30 p.m. – All ages, drop-in.

Heart Dreamweaver – Saturday, February 12 at 11:00 a.m. – Ages 6 and up, please register.

Movie Matinee –2nd Tuesday of the Month – 1:00 – Large Meeting Room
Join us at the library February 8th for the movie Here Today which is rated PG-13. This is a free event, everyone is invited, and refreshments will be served.

The Book Club at the Carver Public Library – 3rd Wednesday of the Month – 2:00 – Large Meeting Room
Everyone is welcome to the book club – and books are available at the Circulation Desk. The book for the Wednesday, February 16th meeting is The World That We Knew by Alice Hoffman.
