The Carver Public Library is open 6 days a week:  Monday 10-6, Tuesday 10-8, Wednesday 10-6, Thursday 10-4, Friday 10-4, and Saturday 10-2.

Toddler Storytime – Tuesdays, November 2  to December 14 at 10:30 a.m.  – Join volunteer reader and Selectwoman, Sarah Hewins, for stories, songs and activities.

Preschool Storytime – Wednesdays, November 3 to December 15 at 10:30 a.m. – Join us for stories, songs and related activities.

Reading Buddies – Mondays September 27th to November 8th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Children grades K-5 are invited to read with a therapy dog for a 20 minute session. Please call to register for your time slot.

Raising a Reader
Mondays, October 18 to November 22 at 10:30 a.m. – Big Ryan’s Tall Tales welcomes all parents/caregivers and their children to this 6 week series on telling stories! Ryan uses puppets, props and more to show you how to make stories come alive. For more information on Raising a Reader, visit Program will take place in our large meeting room, please follow state masking guidelines. This program is generously provided by the South Shore Family Network, a program of the South Shore Community Action Council.


Movie Matinee – 2nd Tuesday of the Month – 1:00 – Large Meeting Room
Join us at the library for a Movie Matinee.  This is a free event, everyone is invited, and refreshments will be served.

The Book Club at the Carver Public Library meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm in the Small Meeting Room.  Everyone is invited. Please call the library with any questions – 508-866-3415.
